Shipping Policy
We ship across Canada from our Canadian inventory. Freight to northern and remote addresses is quoted before you pay.
Parts and accessories
- In-stock parts ordered on a business day ship within one business day.
- Small parts ship by ground courier with tracking. Large or heavy items ship by LTL freight.
- Out-of-stock parts are marked on the product page. We confirm an expected ship date by email before charging for back-ordered items.
Aircraft, payload systems, batteries and generators
- Ship by LTL freight, curbside, on a pallet. A signature is required. We confirm the freight cost and a delivery window with you before shipment.
- Lithium flight batteries ship as dangerous goods under Transport Canada's TDG regulations. This can add transit time; it does not add cost to you unless quoted.
- Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and email photos to sales@truenorthag.tech within 48 hours. Damage noted on the receipt is claimed by us with the carrier; unrecorded damage cannot be claimed.
Ownership and risk
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to your address. Title passes on payment in full.
