Refund and Return Policy
Before your order ships
Cancel for a full refund at any time before the order ships. Email sales@truenorthag.tech with your order number.
Parts and accessories
- Returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused, in the original sealed packaging, with the original invoice.
- Email sales@truenorthag.tech for a return authorization before shipping anything back. Returns without an authorization number are not accepted.
- You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived defective.
- Opened or non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Aircraft, payload systems, batteries, chargers and generators
- These are commercial equipment and are final sale once shipped, except as set out below.
- Dead on arrival or defective: covered by the DJI manufacturer warranty. Contact us within 7 days of delivery; we handle the warranty claim with DJI and arrange repair or replacement.
- Damaged in transit: note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and report it to us within 48 hours (see the Shipping Policy). We file the carrier claim and replace or repair the item.
- Wrong item shipped: we collect it at our cost and ship the correct item.
Not returnable
Opened lithium batteries, used or installed parts, special-order items and software.
Warranty
All DJI products carry the DJI manufacturer warranty for Canada. True North Ag is an authorized dealer and handles warranty intake, diagnosis and repair coordination for equipment bought from us.
